At Believe HR we recognise that running a business is not always plain sailing. Not only can we guide you through these difficult times, but we can help put in strategies policies and procedures to help prevent these situations arising in the first place. And please don’t worry; we understand that you may not always get it right first time and that ​circumstances can occur where policies or procedures are missing or may not have been followed to the letter. That’s why we are here to help.

We currently offer a range of solutions to help including but not unlimited to:

  • line manager and employee essential bullying and harassment training

    • We are happy to come on-site at no extra cost or meet at a venue of your choice. 

    • Training can come in the form of:

      • tailored half day and full day workshops

      • x3 hour long line manager sessions spread over a flexible period

      • e-learning

    • Our training comes with toolkits, interactive case studies, step by step guides, draft documents, some interesting facts and figures as well as scenarios.

  • Mediation

    • This does not have to begin with all parties in one room. Why not try​ it? We are independent, non-judgemental and pride ourselves on working hard to get the best all round results for all.
